Traci M. Dutily, FRP, CP
Litigation Paralegal
Ms. Dutily is a native of Boston, Massachusetts. She graduated from Palm Beach State College in December of 2004 with an Associate of Arts (A.A.) Degree and an Associate of Science (A.S.) Degree in Paralegal Studies. She became a Certified Paralegal (CP) in September of 2005. She became a Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP), which is a Florida Bar certification, in October of 2008. She joined National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) in September of 2005.
Ms. Dutily has worked for the Firm or its predecessor as a Paralegal since September of 2004. Since that time, she has worked in the Litigation Department.
On the Plaintiff’s side, Ms. Dutily is experienced in wrongful death cases, serious personal injury cases, semi-truck accidents, truck accidents, automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, golf cart accidents, trip and fall accidents, slip and fall accidents, premise liability claims, negligent security claims, sexual assault and battery claims, brain injury claims, catastrophic injury claims, disfigurement claims, permanent injury claims, and other injury claims. On the Governmental Defense side, Ms. Dutily is experienced in wrongful death and serious bodily injury lawsuits. On the civil litigation side, Ms. Dutily is experienced in cases which involve complex civil litigation, business litigation, commercial litigation, real estate litigation, contract litigation, contract disputes, shareholder disputes, construction litigation, employment litigation, fraud litigation, and financial misconduct litigation. On the non-litigation side, Ms. Dutily is experienced in business formations (corporations, Subchapter S elections, limited liability companies, etc.) and probate.
Callie Erickson-Glass
Real Estate Paralegal
Ms. Erickson-Glass is a native of Bozeman, Montana. She served in the United States Navy from June of 1999 through her Honorable Discharge in 2001. Thereafter, Ms. Erickson-Glass began to work in the real estate field in 2002.
Ms. Erickson-Glass has worked for the Firm or its predecessor since August of 2003. Since that time, she has conducted hundreds of closings. Through her work experience, and based on her performance of specifically delegated substantive legal work for which a Firm lawyer is responsible, she has become a Real Estate Paralegal. Ms. Erickson-Glass is well-versed in all areas of real estate title insurance, and she focuses her primary responsibility on the Firm’s commercial closings, residential closings, short sales, and foreclosures. She works with Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund, Inc. through Old Republic National Title Insurance Company to ensure that all transactions are closed in accordance with State and Federal regulations.
