Mr. Fields was born in Gainesville, Florida, on November 15, 1964, while his father attended Law School at the University of Florida.  He grew up in Palatka, Florida (located in Northeast Florida).  He is a seventh generation Floridian.  His father’s family is from the East Coast of Florida while his mother’s family is from Pensacola, Florida.  He is married to Olga M. Fields, and they have one son.  They live in northern Jupiter, Florida.

Mr. Fields has practiced actively since 1990.  He was an Assistant State Attorney in Palm Beach County, Florida.  Afterwards, he worked for a small personal injury firm in West Palm Beach, Florida.  Then, he joined his father’s law firm in Palatka, Florida.

In 1996, Mr. Fields was the Republican Nominee for the Third Congressional District in 1996 in an effort to unseat a long-term member of Congress which had enjoyed strong establishment support.  While the attempt was unsuccessful, it laid the foundation for future involvement.  After the race, Mr. Fields returned to Palm Beach County, Florida and joined a medium-sized law firm in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

In 2001, Mr. Fields started his own law firm.  With more than 24 years of practice, he has devoted his career to helping his clients work through very difficult issues.  From vigorous representation to creative settlement ideas, he has provided a tangible benefit to his clients.
